“Patroni” system
One of Tramwaje Warszawskie’s daily tasks is to monitor the quality of tram drivers’ work by assigning them mentors – evaluators who assess their tram-driving skills.
Several years ago, we delivered a comprehensive IT system called “Patroni” to facilitate the work of mentors. Our application was designed to consolidate all information about mentors and their trainees in one place. We integrate with other systems to present up-to-date data on drivers, work schedules, and absence information. The application also allows users to quickly review reports and complaints filed against their trainees.
The current contract includes technical support and development for the previously created system.
Support and maintenance
Our role under this contract includes a wide range of technical support and maintenance services, including:
- Effective handling of support tickets, ensuring a prompt response to any issues;
- Immediate action in the event of a failure, aimed at restoring full functionality of the application;
- Proactive identification and resolution of bugs, ensuring system stability and smooth operation;
- Regular security patch updates, maintaining data protection and system integrity;
- Assistance with installation and seamless migration of the application to other environments.
