We are pleased to announce the launch of another stage of cooperation with Tramwaje Warszawskie (Warsaw Trams), covering support and development of the “Patroni” IT system. This is yet another project carried out together – our partnership has been ongoing for over six years, resulting in stable and modern IT solutions supporting one of the largest transport companies in Poland.
What is the “Patroni” IT System?
“Patroni” is a dedicated application that supports Tramwaje Warszawskie in its daily operations. This web application combines elements of the city’s history with modern transport management, strengthening communication and supporting the company’s organizational processes.
What does our support and development agreement cover?
Under the newly signed contract, for the next 12 months we will be responsible for:
- Technical support and maintenance of the application, including handling service requests, restoring system operation in case of failures, fixing errors, and implementing security patches,
- Support with application installation and migration to new environments,
- Development services – 50 man-hours of modifications enabling the addition of new functionalities and improvements to existing ones.
The agreement also includes strict SLA parameters, ensuring rapid response and resolution times for any incidents, so that the system remains reliable and continues to support the day-to-day business processes of Tramwaje Warszawskie.
