We are thrilled to announce the continuation of our collaboration with Tramwaje Warszawskie (Warsaw Trams), marking another year of support and development for the “Patroni” application. This IT system is a critical tool for our client, and for the next 12 months, our team will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining the application, and implementing a range of modifications tailored to client needs.
What is the “Patroni” IT System?
One of Tramwaje Warszawskie’s daily tasks involves monitoring the quality of tram drivers’ work by assigning them mentors—experienced trainers who assess their driving skills.
Several years ago, we delivered the comprehensive “Patroni” dedicated application, designed to streamline the work of these mentors. This web application consolidates all key information about mentors and their trainees in one place. It integrates with other systems to present up-to-date data on drivers, work schedules, and absences. Additionally, the system enables users to quickly review reports and complaints submitted about their trainees.
