We are proud to announce that our company has been selected to cooperate with the City of Łódź in the implementation of a project related to the maintenance and technical support of the “Ławnicy” IT system. This advanced web application supports the entire process of supplementary elections of lay judges planned for 2025. Our task is to ensure full stability and reliability of the system during the preparation, execution, and post-election phases.
The Ławnicy system is a key tool that facilitates the registration of candidates, formal and substantive analysis of applications, assessment by committees, and preparation of voting materials. It also enables the generation and printing of resolutions, protocols, opinions, and reports required throughout the election process. The web-based application is designed for secure data handling, intuitive operation, and full compliance with administrative and legal standards.
Our cooperation covers the launch, configuration, and stabilization of the IT system, as well as its ongoing maintenance and technical support throughout the election cycle. The project team will also be present on-site at the City of Łódź on the day of the election of lay judges to provide immediate technical assistance and ensure the system’s reliability during this crucial stage of the process.
The project is carried out by a dedicated team of specialists, including:
- Project Manager, responsible for overall coordination, communication with the Client, and supervision of the project schedule,
- Backend Developer, responsible for maintaining the business logic of the application, optimizing performance, and ensuring data processing security,
- Database Administrator, responsible for the integrity, security, and continuous operation of the database environment.
As part of the project, we will also perform technical analysis and stabilization of the system environment, prepare data backups, conduct performance testing, and monitor the system during the entire election process. Our priorities include reliability, security, and full compliance with applicable legal regulations, including the Act on the System of Common Courts.
