We are proud to announce that our company has been selected to cooperate with the City of Łódź in the implementation of a project related to the maintenance and technical support of the “Ławnicy” IT system. This advanced web application supports the entire process of supplementary elections of lay judges planned for 2025. Our task is to ensure full stability and reliability of the system during the preparation, execution, and post-election phases.

The “Ławnicy” System as a Key Web Application
The Ławnicy system is a centralized dedicated system designed to manage every stage of the election. It is designed for secure data handling, intuitive operation, and full compliance with all administrative standards.

- Managing the formal and substantive analysis of all applications.
- Supporting the assessment process by designated committees.
- Preparing and generating all necessary voting materials.
- Generating and printing official resolutions, protocols, opinions, and reports.
Maintenance and Technical Support for the “Ławnicy” System
Our cooperation covers the launch, configuration, and stabilization of the IT system, as well as its ongoing maintenance and technical support throughout the election cycle. The project team will also be present on-site at the City of Łódź on the day of the election of lay judges to provide immediate technical assistance and ensure the system’s reliability.
As part of the project, our team will perform detailed technical analysis, prepare and verify data backups, conduct performance testing, and actively monitor the system during the entire election cycle. Our priorities are reliability, security, and full compliance with all applicable legal regulations.

- Project Manager, responsible for overall coordination, communication with the Client, and supervision of the project schedule,
- Backend Developer, responsible for maintaining the business logic of the application, optimizing performance, and ensuring data processing security,
- Database Administrator, responsible for the integrity, security, and continuous operation of the database environment.
