We are proud to announce the start of another collaboration with the Institute of Sport – National Research Institute in providing programming and administrative services for the “Sportowe Talenty” IT system. Our company will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance, development, and administration of this advanced system, which supports the analysis and monitoring of sports achievements of children and youth across Poland.
Comprehensive administration of the Sportowe Talenty system
The subject of the new contract involves providing administration and programming services within the Sportowe Talenty system. This system enables not only the collection and processing of data regarding somatic measurements and fitness tests, but also the generation of individual reports for children and aggregated reports for local governments and public institutions.
As part of the collaboration, our team will be responsible for:
- Updating data in the system according to changes in the Scientific Information System.
- Maintaining user permission mechanisms, ensuring data security.
- Monitoring and entering results of somatic measurements and fitness tests.
- Publishing individual and aggregated reports, enabling local authorities and public institutions to fully analyze children’s sports activity.
Programming and functionality development
In addition to administrative tasks, the collaboration includes software development within the Sportowe Talenty system, tailored to the current needs of the Institute of Sport. Our team will implement modifications to existing functionalities and develop new solutions that support the system’s growth, ensuring it remains responsive to evolving project and technological requirements.
Technology and system infrastructure
The Sportowe Talenty system operates in an advanced technological environment, including:
- Frontend and backend: Java 17, Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data)
- Database: PostgreSQL 14
- Servers and operating systems: Linux (CentOS / RHEL 9), nginx
- Security and monitoring: ensuring continuous availability and data integrity
As part of system administration, our company will also be responsible for installing and configuring new servers, monitoring infrastructure performance, updating and maintaining systems, and managing software licenses.
