We are proud to announce that our company has commenced a project providing service and programming support for the Program Management System (SOP), an important IT system for public entities. This initiative, which includes modifications and the development of existing system functionalities, has been designed to meet the needs of the client and is scheduled to continue until November 30, 2024.

The SOP System is an advanced IT platform (a dedicated system) supporting the management of programs and processes carried out by public entities. As a web application developed using PHP technology, it ensures flexibility and ease of adaptation to evolving user needs. SOP facilitates program management, data processing, and report generation, all in compliance with the highest standards of security and accessibility.
Our Service Support and System Development Scope
As part of this collaboration, our company will:
- Introduce modifications to existing functionalities based on individual client requests, with a maximum implementation time of 10 business days.
- Creating new system functionalities, agreed upon with the client, to be delivered within a maximum of 15 business days.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines, providing full accessibility to the system for individuals with disabilities.
- Provide service support, including prompt responses to reported issues and resolution of accessibility non-compliance.
